The 16th Bit Giveaway Official Rules

1. Giveaway Description

The 16th Bit (“Sponsor”) is conducting a promotional giveaway of ten (10) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics cards, each with an estimated retail value of $549 USD (pre-tax). The giveaway is structured based on subscriber milestones on The 16th Bit YouTube channel.

Prize Distribution Schedule:

  • One (1) graphics card upon reaching 1,000 subscribers.

  • Two (2) graphics cards upon reaching 2,500 subscribers.

  • Three (3) graphics cards upon reaching 7,500 subscribers.

  • Four (4) graphics cards upon reaching 15,000 subscribers.

If the designated subscriber milestones are not met by June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET), the giveaway will conclude, and any remaining prizes will be retained by the Sponsor or returned to the manufacturer.

Availability Notice: The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics cards are subject to availability and release by NVIDIA. Sponsor makes no guarantees regarding the exact shipping date and will distribute prizes upon the product's commercial availability.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participation is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have a YouTube account created on or before January 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

  • Must provide a valid Instagram account for communication purposes.

  • Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Individuals located in regions where shipping costs exceed standard rates may be required to cover additional fees or arrange for an alternative shipping method. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.

3. Entry Method

To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must post a comment on any video uploaded to The 16th Bit YouTube channel during the giveaway period.

Entry Conditions:

  • Each unique user is eligible for a single entry across all videos.

  • Multiple comments will not increase the odds of winning.

  • Entries will remain valid for all future milestone drawings unless the entrant has already won a prize.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected randomly using a third-party comment selection tool chosen by the Sponsor.

Notification Process:

  • Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message.

  • Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

  • Failure to respond within the allotted time will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Verification Requirements

Selected winners must complete the following verification steps to claim their prize:

  • Confirm their eligibility by posting a unique verification code, provided by Sponsor via Instagram DM, as a reply to their original YouTube comment.

  • Participate in a live video verification call via FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet, or another mutually agreed-upon platform, or provide an alternative verification method approved by Sponsor.

Failure to comply with verification requirements within the specified period will result in prize forfeiture.

6. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be shipped to confirmed winners within thirty (30) days of the product's commercial availability and completion of verification requirements. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for delays due to manufacturer supply chain issues or shipping disruptions.

Winners must provide a valid shipping address within seven (7) days of verification confirmation. Proof of receipt, such as a photo or video showcasing the prize, must be submitted upon delivery.

7. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or other disruptions that may impact the giveaway.

  • The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube, Instagram, or NVIDIA.

8. Privacy and Publicity

By participating, entrants agree to allow Sponsor to use their submitted proof of receipt (photo or video) for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or misuse of any prize.
